Zentail's return policy varies based on the marketplace where the order was made. For orders placed on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and BigCommerce, refunds and returns must be processed directly on these channels. Refunds made in Zentail for these channels will not be issued twice; the information will reflect in Zentail for analytics purposes only.

For orders made on Walmart, Facebook, and Google, refunds and returns should be processed directly in Zentail. Zentail will automatically pull in customer-initiated return requests from Walmart, eliminating the need to manually generate a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

The minimum return window is 30 days, starting seven days after the item's ship date, unless the product falls into specific categories with a shorter return window, usually 15 days. Once the returned item is received, the seller has 48 hours to issue a refund.
